Beginning therapy is a meaningful step, especially when you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. I offer a warm, grounded space where you can show up fully—without judgment—and begin to explore the parts of yourself and your story that want attention, care, or change. With curiosity and collaboration, we work to loosen patterns that no longer serve you and create more space for clarity, self-trust, and connection.
My work is relational and depth-oriented, integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based practices. I also draw from mind–body and contemplative perspectives to support emotional regulation, deeper self-awareness, and a more grounded relationship with yourself. Whether we are working with anxiety, imposter feelings, relationship challenges, or periods of identity shift, I approach the work with respect for your lived experience and a belief in your inherent capacity for growth.
I specialize in working with adults navigating complex inner worlds, creative or professional pressures, and transitions that can feel disorienting or destabilizing. Together, we explore the internal dynamics that drive self-doubt, overfunctioning, or creative blocks, so you can relate to yourself—and to others—with greater understanding, agency, and ease.
I believe healing is not about striving to be “better,” but about coming into a more honest and compassionate relationship with who you already are. Our work makes room for your full humanity—messy, meaningful, and real.
